Novara, 20 January 2022 - Marco Drago, Chairman of De Agostini S.p.A. and B&D Holding S.p.A. (controlling shareholder of De Agostini S.p.A), announces that, in the meetings of De Agostini S.p.A. corporate bodies which will be held in June 2022 in order to renew the board of directors, Marco Sala will be proposed as new Chief Executive Officer of De Agostini S.p.A., while Lorenzo Pellicioli will be proposed as Chairman of the board of directors of the company.
