On Friday, September 19, Nicola Drago, Executive Vice Chairman of the De Agostini Group, served as Patron of the 2025 Graduation Ceremony of the Rome Business School, part of the Planeta Formación y Universidades network.
The event was attended by 2,800 students from 135 different nationalities, graduates of the school’s courses and master’s programs, together with their families, friends, institutions, and partners, for a total of over 5,000 people.
Nicola Drago spoke to the graduates by sharing his personal and professional journey - the experiences, challenges, and values that inspired him and shaped his path as a leader - encouraging and motivating them as they take their first steps into the world of work.
Nicola Drago addressed the graduating students as follows: "The Rome Business School has prepared you in the best possible way to face some of the challenges that await you. But your learning journey will certainly not end with your graduation. You will need to find people who inspire you, who become sources of knowledge and experience for you, and certainly not just technical knowledge. In particular, they should help you identify a set of values to consolidate and draw inspiration from over time, in a path of personal growth that is humanistic rather than analytical and scientific. Only in this way can you truly become ‘Better managers for a better world’".
At the end of the Ceremony, three students from the Rome Business School presented Nicola Drago with the Graduation Patron Impact Award.
