The Chairman of the De Agostini Group, Marco Drago, will leave his operational positions in the holding company of the Group, where he has been Chairman since 1997. At the shareholders' meeting of De Agostini in June 2022, Marco Sala will be proposed as CEO of the Group to replace Lorenzo Pellicioli who will be nominated Chairman of the Board of Directors.
