The De Agostini Group closed 2018 with revenues of 4.497 billion, an EBITDA of 1.546 billion and a Net Profit of 117 million. The Company's shareholders' meeting approved the distribution of a dividend of € 0.6 per share. The corporate reorganization project that brings together in De Agostini S.p.A. all the investment and participatory management activities carried out by B&D Holding and B&D Finance will be effective in 2020.
