IDeA Taste of Italy, an Italian fund specialized in the agri-food sector managed by DeA Capital Alternative Funds, has acquired 70% of Me&Alice Srl, the management company of the Alice Pizza chain, the first Italian takeaway pizza chain with 159 sales outlets. The investment project aims at business growth in Italy and then to strengthen its presence in other European countries.
