The tender offer launched on DeA Capital by Nova, De Agostini's vehicle, has exceeded the threshold of 90% of the capital, allowing the Group to proceed with delisting the company from Piazza Affari. The delisting of DeA Capital is scheduled for Wednesday, 8 March.
