After acquiring De Agostini Scuola, Mondadori entered into a joint venture agreement with De Agostini Editore to acquire a 50% stake in DeA Planeta Libri. The transaction also includes the acquisition of Libromania, a DeA Editore company that operates to promote third-party publishers, with an option to rise to 100% by the second half of 2022.
