Nova, a company owned by the De Agostini Group, has launched a voluntary tender offer for the ordinary shares of DeA Capital for 1.5 euros per share. The operation involves leaving to Piazza Affari so that the Group, which considers the asset management business highly strategic within its portfolio, can develop it long-term, reducing the costs associated with the listing.
