The dutch company FL Entertainment successfully debuts on Euronext Amsterdam. The new register will operate through the subsidiaries of Banijay Group, the world's largest independent content production company, and Betclic Everest, an online sports betting platform. De Agostini Group, formerly a shareholder of Banijay, is also among the principal shareholders of the new company, with a stake of 4.99%. According to Stéphane Courbit, President of FL Entertainment, of which he owns 46.95%, the audiovisual production sector is heading towards significant international concentrations, and the synergy between Banijay's properties and Betclic's online games may represent growth for the content market.
